Son of Haya and Joshua. Born on the 10th day of Adar II 5,757 (19.3.1997) in Jerusalem. Brother of Raphael and Ezra. On October 7, 2023, he enlisted in the reserves and served in the Combat Engineering Corps. Sergeant First Class (res.) Yakir Hexter fell in battle on the 27th day of Tevet 5,784 (8.1.2024). He was twenty-six years old. He was laid to rest at the National Military Cemetery on Mount Herzl. He is survived by his parents and two brothers.
