Son of Silvia and Yoram. Born on the 5th day of Shevat 5,763 (8.1.2023). Brother of Keren. On January 27, 2022, he enlisted in the IDF and served in the infantry. Lieutenant Yaacov Elian fell in battle on the 8th day of Tevet 5,784 (20.12.2023). He was twenty years old. He was laid to rest in the Kiryat Shaul Military Cemetery. He is survived by his parents and a sister.

בנם של סילביה ויורם. נולד ביום ה’ בשבט תשס”ג (8.1.2003). אח לקרן. ביום 27.1.2022 התגייס לצה”ל ושירת בחיל רגלים. סגן משנה יעקב איליאן נפל בקרב ביום ח’ בטבת תשפ”ד (20.12.2023). בן עשרים בנופלו. הוא הובא למנוחות בבית העלמין הצבאי בקרית שאול. הותיר אחריו הורים ואחות.
